The X28E sits right between the compact 350mm machines and the full-size 500mm range. The 400mm basket gives you noticeably more capacity per cycle — enough to make a real difference during a busy service without needing a bigger footprint.
It’s a standard 13A plug, pump drain included, and it’s the most affordable option at this basket size. No built-in water softener — you’ll want an external one if you’re in a hard water area.
This is the machine for small-to-medium pubs, bars, and restaurants where the 350mm feels a bit cramped but the 500mm is more machine than you need. It’s also a solid choice as a second glasswasher for larger venues running multiple bars.
