The SMP54E is the full-spec 13A glasswasher: 500mm basket, built-in water softener, and a Class A air gap brake tank. It handles hard water, unreliable pressure, and WRAS compliance all in one machine.
The brake tank stores water and feeds the rinse boiler through a boost pump, so even when the rest of the building is pulling on the mains, your rinse pressure stays consistent. The built-in softener stops limescale dead. Between them, they cover the two most common causes of glasswasher problems in the Midlands.
This is the machine for care homes, nurseries, schools, and hospitals in hard water areas — or for any commercial site where you want belt and braces on water quality and pressure without stepping up to 30A power.
