Built for Serious Volume
The B2021 is for operations that need to cook large quantities all at the same time. Banqueting halls, airline catering companies, large-scale production kitchens — the kind of places where a six or ten-tray just isn’t going to cut it.
We recently supplied one to a company producing all the food for an airline. When you’re cooking at that scale, you need a machine that delivers consistent results across every tray, every time. The Retigo’s direct injection system and flap valve make sure of that.
What Does It Cost?
Around £13,500 plus VAT for the Blue Vision twenty-tray. At this level, most customers are buying outright — these tend to be cash-rich operations that know exactly what they need. But rental and finance are still available if that works better.
Power requirement is 64 amps per phase on three-phase, so this isn’t going into a kitchen without a proper electrical survey first.
